The Falcon 50EX flies on three upgraded Honeywell TFE731-40 turbofan engines which have a faster rate of climb, more thrust, and burn less fuel than the previous edition. These engines provide the aircraft with a greater range. The 50EX also has an increased maximum take-off weight and an updated Rockwell Collins Pro Line 4 avionics suite. Falcon aircraft are widely regarded for their performance on short runways and high altitude/hot temperature conditions.
