Napa County Airport (APC, KAPC) – also called Napa Valley Airport, is located about 5 miles south of central Napa. It has one restaurant, a longtime local favorite – Jonesy’s Restaurant. The airport’s single fixed base operator (FBO), Bridgeford Flying Services, provides corporate and private aviation services.

Napa Valley also has a local seaplane base: Lake Berryessa Airport (E20), about 20 miles northeast of the city of Napa. Some FBO services are provided by Lake Berryessa Marina and Resort.

How much notice is required to book a Napa private jet charter?

We can have you off the ground on your way to Napa in as little as 2hrs, sometimes even less during regular business hours. However, we do prefer to have at least 48hrs notice in order to offer a full range of aircraft options.

How many hours can we keep a plane in Napa before we need to depart back home?

The FAA allows pilots to remain on duty for 14 consecutive hours, including time pre/post-checking the aircraft for each trip. The general rule of thumb is that the plane needs to be landing back at its final destination 12hrs after it originally takes off in order to comply with the FAA 14hr duty day maximum.

Please be sure to inquire about crew duty if you need your plane for more than consecutive 12hrs.
